End of the magazine

I am stunned and disappointed. As I long-time subscriber, Country Home has been the best source for information - articles, receipes, collecting - all things "country" in one source. I, too am unhappy with the substitution of Family Circle. No comparison. Best of luck to all of your contributors! 5  out of 5 found this valuable. Do you?

I was so saddened when I recieved my copy of Country Home last month and then saw that it was the last. I don't think Family Circle is anywhere near comparible either. I am sure gonna miss this magazine. 5  out of 5 found this valuable. Do you?

I was in a state of disbelief, when i read that I had the last issue in my hand. I read the magazine from cover to cover when it arrived. There is no substitute. I am rereading the old issues. How can something so good, disappear? 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

There is no way that Family Circle will ever come close to replacing Country Home. All I really want is my balance refunded, not another subscription because no other magazine can even come close to our favorite "Country Home". 6  out of 6 found this valuable. Do you?

i couldn't believe it either but i don't think it was the lack of advertisers as much as a price increase in advertising rates, also didn't you notice that most of the houses they featured were either the editor, contributing editor, assistant editor or relatives of the wiriters, my guess is they ran out of people they knew. they should have just featured a normal home that looked lived in :) 5  out of 5 found this valuable. What?? No more Country Home? I am in shock. I have read Country Home since I was a new bride and am now a grandmother. I always looked forward to reading it from cover to cover as did my husband. How, when and why was the decision made to end this wonderful magazine? 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?
