Herr’s collection of Pennsylvania-German Vintage Hooked Rugs will be showcased at the Fulton Decorative Arts Gallery. The methods by which these rugs were made and their history will be examined, giving the visitor the opportunity to admire the beauty of these handmade items, as well as learn about the resourcefulness of the women who made them from scraps of fabric and yarn.
